Back when I was an RN and daycare owner, my stress levels were exuberant. And although exercise for mental health wasn't talked about as much as it is now, I was getting all the benefits without even realizing it. I was able to work long days on my feet and remain injury-free and mentally healthy. Feeling healthy and looking fit became a passion I couldn’t ignore... so I knew, I had to make this my new career if I wanted to be fully satisfied with my life.
