There’s a lot of info out there on menopause. Some of it is scary, some vague. Some is complete nonsense. Preparing YOURSELF gives you the knowledge you need to find your own path through this phase of your life.

I've always been interested in health and fitness because there’s nothing more attractive than a strong, confident woman looking and feeling her best!

Back when I was an RN and daycare owner, my stress levels were exuberant. And although exercise for mental health wasn't talked about as much as it is now, I was getting all the benefits without even realizing it. I was able to work long days on my feet and remain injury-free and mentally healthy. Feeling healthy and looking fit became a passion I couldn’t ignore... so I knew, I had to make this my new career if I wanted to be fully satisfied with my life. 

I became a Metafit group teacher, a personal trainer, and a holistic healthy nutritional weight loss coach. I also got my certification in active aging. Since then, I've focused my nutrition business on Gut gut-friendly foods to help keep the gut healthy and improve digestion, which is very important for women who have gone through menopause or experiencing current symptoms.
